For Florida insurance agencies that write contractors
Many Florida counties require contractors who register with them to keep a certificate of general liability insurance on file, with the date it expires. We collect those dates from the county records. Every Tuesday you get the contractors in your area whose GL date on file falls in the next 90 days, with an email address and a phone number screened against Florida's Do Not Call list, as a spreadsheet and a CSV ready for your CRM.

Contractors with a GL date on file in the next 90 days, by area. Counts as of October 27, 2026. They come from county records, so some areas are deeper than others, and we add counties as they send their records. We don't cover the Panhandle yet.
| Area | Next 90 days |
|---|---|
| South Florida | 1,897 |
| Northeast Florida | 691 |
| Central Florida | 802 |
| Tampa Bay | 594 |
| Southwest Florida | 696 |
| All of Florida | 5,482 |
Pick your area: one county, a region, or all of Florida.
The day you start, you get the next 90 days (the next 12 months on a yearly plan).
Every Tuesday after that, a fresh 90-day call list, with the new names marked and the phone numbers screened again that day.
A contractor may have renewed or changed carriers since the county's file was made. Confirm the date before you quote.
Region and all-of-Florida plans also come with the desk: a private page for your area where a ready-made note to any contractor is one click away and you can check off who you've reached. It also shows the week's new license applicants and workers' comp renewals.

A sample desk with made-up contractors. Open the sample desk and click around.
I'm a mechanical engineer who started out fixing industrial equipment in the field, and I like tools that just work. LicenseDigest is one of them: Florida's contractor records, cleaned up and ready for your agency every Tuesday. If a row looks wrong or you want something on it, reply to any email. It comes straight to me.

Founding, $1,500 a yearJust want one file? Get the next 90 days for one county ($297), one region ($597) or all of Florida ($897) as a single spreadsheet. One payment, nothing renews. A plan costs the same for 3 months and adds a new list every Tuesday.
Want a one-time file instead, for a set of counties and dates? Email dan@licensedigest.com and I'll quote it. It costs the same as the matching plan for the same stretch.
Plans renew automatically every three months, or every year on a yearly plan, until you cancel. You'll get an email a week before each renewal. A one-time file or a custom invoice never renews unless we've agreed that with you first. Cancel anytime in your billing portal. Every button goes to a secure Stripe checkout.
From county contractor-registration records: the certificates of general liability insurance contractors keep on file with the county, and the dates they expire. Emails and phone numbers come from the state's licensing records (DBPR) and the counties. Nothing is scraped from people-search sites or social media.
For some contractors, yes. Most county lists show only the expiration date, but where a county keeps each contractor's certificate of insurance, I can put together a separate file with the insurance carrier, the policy number and the expiration date. It covers a few counties so far, so email me and I'll tell you what I have for your area. The workers' comp dates come from the state's policy records.
The desk's ready-made notes say who you are, include your mailing address and give the contractor an easy way to say no. How you use the list is up to you, including following the federal CAN-SPAM rules for business email and, for calls, Florida and federal telemarketing rules: calling hours, saying who you are, and no autodialed or prerecorded calls to cell phones without consent. Phone numbers are screened against Florida's Do Not Call list, not the National Do Not Call Registry, so check that before you call. We're not lawyers, so if you're unsure, ask yours.
No. The list comes by email every Tuesday, as a spreadsheet and a CSV. On region and all-of-Florida plans, your desk is a private link that works in any browser, on a computer or a phone. Anyone with the link can open it, so keep it to your agency. If it ever gets out, reply to any LicenseDigest email and I'll switch it off and send you a new one.
Some of it. Each county keeps its own records: a few let you search them online, and others send them only on a public records request. We collect them, match each contractor to an email and a phone number from the state's licensing records or the county, screen the phones against Florida's Do Not Call list, and sort it all by area every Tuesday. If you'd rather do that yourself, you should.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. A one-time file or a custom invoice doesn't renew unless we've agreed that with you first. Cancel anytime in your billing portal, or email support@licensedigest.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for and isn't pro-rated. To change your area, reply to any LicenseDigest email or write to support@licensedigest.com, and a person confirms the new total before anything changes.
